Aluminum Dragons

Aluminum Dragons are one of the nine Metallic Dragons of Drakomere. They are associated with the Tone of Negation, the Harmony of Abjuration, and the Melody of Arcane. They originated in Drakion, and are associated with the Origin Ancestry, the Dwoliath, and thus their descendants, the Dwarves and Jotunn. Due to their association with Abjuration Magic, they are also tied to the vice of Fear, and the virtue of Equanimity, as well as a secondary tie to Quetzalcoatl, even though Tiamat is their primary god, being god of Metallic Dragons, thus also being related to the sea. Aluminum Dragons also have one Allokin, Bauxite Dragons.
Aluminum Dragons are the most common of the Metallic Dragons, and while they originated in Drakion, they are found all over Drakomere. Being around the size of a large Elephant at adulthood, they are on the lower to mid size of Dragons. They are generally well-liked, charismatic, and philanthropic. They get along very well with most of their Metallic cousins, most of the non-metallic Dragons, and most of the non-draconic folk of Drakomere. This makes them expert and well received diplomats, though some do become spies or swindlers, taking advantage of this benevolent reputation.
Many Aluminum Dragons live in small colonies underground, though a vast number reside in the Dwarven Nation of Qkhael. They are not very adept in combat, as their scales are soft and malleable, and their physical strength is quite low. Despite this, their Breath does manifest as radiant light and both burns and blinds. This compliments with their scales which often reflect an almost mirror-like amount of light and quality of image. Given their lack of martial prowess, Aluminum Dragons do have a few methods of protection, firstly their natural charm and diplomacy often deescalates situations before they get bloody, secondly they can spend [WEEK?] to create a protective, but temporary oxidized layer over their scales, and finally they are naturally very resistant to acids or weaponry of that sort.
Aluminum Dragons have a talent for many more mundane crafts, and are often involved in the production and logistics of transportation, shipping, and construction, and less mundanely, explosives, and brewing. They have a keen sense for alcohol, its creation and its sommelier.

Bauxite Dragons

Bauxite Dragons are typically larger then Aluminum Dragons, and unlike their cosmopolitan counterparts, generally stick to the tropics and around volcanoes, preferring these hotter temperatures. Bauxite Dragons are far rarer than their cousins, but take on the archetype of wild-child between the two. They inherit Aluminum Dragon's affinity for explosives, but unlike Aluminum Dragons, often have a distaste for authorities, especially corrupt or authoritarian ones. Bauxite Dragons will often be seen among militia's or rebel groups, however others can hesitate to work with them as their methods can often be unsavory, and cause more collateral damage than desired.
Bauxite Dragon are typically really good at pottery and ceramics. They also often have closer ties to Gallium Dragons than to their own kin, the Aluminum Dragons. Some theorize this is because Bauxite Dragons are actually a half-breed between Aluminum and Gallium Dragons (this is not correct).
