You touch a creature with the Dragon Scale for the casting time. At the end of the casting time, one of their arms turns into a horrifically large draconic arm with a large claw at the end. The target gains +4 Strength and -2 Charisma, and an Unarmed Strike of 1d8 Slashing damage. The target also gains a +2 bonus to Intimidation checks, and a -2 bonus to Persuasion and Deception checks.
