You can improvise the ritual process for spells with which are normally not rituals. When you finish a Long Rest, you can choose a number of Spells of 5th Level or lower equal to your Intelligence Modifier and give them the Ritual tag until the end of your next Long Rest. When you cast a non-Ritual Spell as a Ritual, you cannot cast that Spell at a higher Level as per your Arcane Anthology feature.
