Leonin were lions who shifted to more Humanoid forms and were given sentience due to the detonation of creation energy from in the Wild-Plains. This detonation of creation energy took place in the 13th Age.

Ability Score Increases. Your Constitution Score increases by 2 and your Wisdom increases by 1.

Creature Type. You are filled with the primal instinct of beasts, as such your creature types are Beast and Humanoid.

Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Primal.

Speed. Your walking speed is 35ft.

Claws. Your claws are natural weapons which can be used as unarmed strikes dealing 1d6 Slashing damage.

Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gold.

Daunting Roar. As a bonus action, you can let out an especially menacing roar. Creatures of your choice within 10 feet of you that can hear you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you until the end of your next turn. The DC of the save equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses at the end of a long rest.

Four-Legged Hunters. While both your hands are empty, you can walk on all fours, doubling your walking speed until you stand up again.

Hunter’s Instincts. You have proficiency in two of the following skills of your choice: Athletics, Intimidation, Perception, or Survival.
