Giff

Giff are a rarer type of beast-folk.

Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution Score increases by 2, and your Wisdom Score increases by 1.

Creature Type. Your creature types are Humanoid and Beast.

Languages. You can speak, read, and write, Common and Primal.

Speed. You have a Walking speed of 25ft, and a Swimming speed of 30ft.

Hippo Build. You have advantage on Strength-based ability checks and Strength saving throws. In addition, you count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.

Dreaming Spark Your psychic connection to the Second Ward enables you to mystically access a spark of divine power, which you can channel through your weapons. When you hit a target with a weapon attack, you can cause the target to take extra force damage equal to your proficiency bonus. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Hippo Rush. As an Action you can spend 25ft of movement and charge 40ft in one direction. Any creature you move through makes a Dexterity Saving Throw against a DC of 8 + Your Proficiency Bonus + your Constitution Modifier, any creature that fails takes Bludgeoning damage equal to a dumber of d6s equal to your Proficiency Bonus, or half as much damage on a successful Save. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining expended uses at the end of a long rest.

Large Hands. You can grapple creatures up to two sizes larger then you, rather then one size larger than you.
