Harpy
Harpies are monstrous creatures who lure Humanoids and Giants to their death as they consume their flesh.
Languages. You can speak and understand Common.
Level Adjustment. You have a level adjustment of 1.
Ability Score Increases. Your Charisma score increases by 2 and your Dexterity Score increases by 1
Health. Your starting hit points are 8 + Your Constitution Modifier
Creature Type. Harpies are Monstrosities, as such, your creature type is Monstrosity.
Speed. You have a Walking speed of 20ft and a Flying speed of 40ft.
Vicious Claws. You have sharp claws which you can use as unarmed weapons, they deal 2d4 Slashing damage.
Luring Song. You sing a magical melody. All Humanoids and Giants within 300ft of you that can hear the song must make a Wisdom Saving Throw with a DC of 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + Your Charisma Modifier. On a failure a creature is charmed by you until you stop singing or become incapacitated. You must continue the song as a Bonus Action on each of your turns. While charmed by you in this way, targets are incapacitated and ignore the songs of other harpies. On its turn, it moves by the most direct available route towards you. A charmed target repeats the saving throw at the end of each of its turns and whenever it takes damage, ending the effect on a success. When a creature finishes a long rest with you, it becomes used to your song and is unaffected by it.
