GuangRen

The GuangRen claim descent from the deity of light, HePing, and are considered by themselves the guardians of peace and light in the world. Of course, they really are only able to enforce this in the area surrounding GuangShan, thanks to the barbaric Tigrin who block their land connection to the rest of the continent. Because of this, the GuangRen have become the foremost naval power in the world. They typically appear like ZhongRen, except they have white skin, something unheard of elsewhere on the continent, and they have blonde hair usually.

Ability Score Increase

Your Charisma score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.

Age

GuangRen are unique amongst the races of BaShanDaLu for their longevity, amongst other things. They generally live between 150 and 200 years.

Size

GuangRen are about the same size as humans. Your size is medium.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Darkvision

Thanks to your divine heritage, you have superior vision in dim and dark conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Divine Resistance

You have resistance to necrotic and radiant damage.

Divine Legacy

You know the Light cantrip.
Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Lesser Restoration spell once using this trait, and you regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest.
Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the Daylight spell once with this trait as a 3rd-level spell, and you regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest.
Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
