Highborne
Highborne are tall, slender humanoids with large wings.
If you choose the highborne ancestry, your size is Medium, and you gain the following benefits at the specified levels:
Unique Talent Tree (Level 1). Whenever you choose a new talent, you can choose it from the Highborne talent tree (in addition to the other trees you have access to).
Draconic Breath (Level 1). You gain the Airborne Flight (Highborne Key) talent from the Highborne tree.
Ancestry Bonus Talents (Level 6, 11, 16, and 21). Each time you reach a new tier, you again gain a bonus talent. You must choose it from the Kobold tree or from any heroic path.
Airborne Flight (Highborne Key)
Prerequisite: Highborne Ancestry
Activation: Always Active
You gain a flying rate equal to your movement rate.
