Goliaths originate from Drakomere and are present primarily in Khadhiz, Qkhael Drakhoor, [saurian ARCHIPELAGO], and [Crystalkin stellar]. There are three main Kindreds among the Goliaths. Khadhiz Goliaths are primarily located in Kadhiz and Qkhael. They are by far the largest of the Goliaths, with red hair being an extremely common mutation among their population. Drakhoor Goliaths are primarily located in Drakhoor and [saurian ARCHIPELAGO], they have semi-pointed teeth, as well as somewhat elongated tailbones and have grown shorter due to mild insular dwarfism. [Crystalkin stellar] Goliaths are primarily located in [Crystalkin stellar] and have slightly crystalline features, seemingly replacing their keratin. | |||
When diverging from Dwarves, the Goliaths emerged onto the windy peaks of the Qkhaat Mountains, and developed a mutation providing them with an epicanthal fold in their eyes (as is found in many Asian cultures on earth). Because of this, the majority of Goliaths have epicanthal folds, and due to natural interbreeding, is also fairly common among other Lineages where they cohabitate with other Lineages. | |||
Dwarves and Goliaths come from the same progenitor Lineage, colloquially referred to as the Dwoliath. Goliaths are one of the tallest Lineages, only being beaten out by Ogres, Firbolg, Treants, Trolls, and larger Beastfolk and Automatons. They are gruff and powerful, with very thick and coarse hair reminiscent of their Dwarven cousins, however their women do not grow facial hair. | |||
Goliaths are age similar to Dwarves, however they age somewhat slower than their cousins due to their size, becoming a Child at 12, Adolescents at 35, Adults at 90, Middle Age at 200, Elder at 350, and Ancient afterwards. | |||
